Simply submitting an application for semester study away (whether through CC, 或者通过合作项目学习)是没有约束力的. 一旦你通过Summit提交申请, there is always a window where you will wait to see if you are accepted, 和 then you will have to log back in to Summit 和 confirm your participation, 如果被录取，你决定参加这个项目.
